Welcome to the new Torrey Place Web Site. Your HOA has been working to make the neighborhood organization better! We have met with attorneys to update the HOA agreement, register is properly with the state and have now a draft new agreement which is being reviewed. A new entry sign is being reviewed as well which should be contracted before winter. An HOA meeting date will be set and advertised soon. Sorry for the delay in things but it takes time.
