Your HOA Board has been trying to put together a board meeting to vote on and finalize activity on the New Covenants. Due to work and holiday schedules this has not worked out. The board is working to put the final touches on the document then distribute for a vote either in meeting or by proxy vote. We will advise soonest.
Further, Once the Covenants are completed, the HOA will beging to focus on a more social agenda going forward. Any new business should be brought to the board's attention a week or more from the scheduled meeting. We have a new Social Chairperson,Carra Llerena. She and a few others will be brining more social events to the HOA. More focus in the community will be placed on Social interchanges.
